As a seasoned Key Account Manager, you will lead strategic relationships with major telecommunications providers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute medium-to-long-term strategic account plans for assigned clients. Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong, trusted relationships with high-level stakeholders in the client's technical, procurement and strategic areas. Thoroughly understand customer business, strategy, technical challenges and technology roadmap. Consultative Sales of Fiber Optic Solutions Identify, qualify and develop business opportunities for fiber optic solutions in access and transport networks targeting Tier 1 clients. Leverage technical knowledge to present comprehensive solutions, differentiated value propositions and robust technical arguments. Prepare and present complex technical-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and close profitable deals. Forecast Management and Planning Develop, update and manage the sales forecast (pipeline) for assigned accounts with high accuracy. Monitor opportunity progress and provide regular predictive reports on revenue, risks and opportunities. Coordinate with Planning and Operations to ensure forecast feasibility and compliance. Act as the internal project lead, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure flawless solution execution and customer satisfaction. Facilitate effective communication and alignment between customer needs and internal capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5-7 years of experience in complex commercial roles within the Telecommunications sector. They will be able to communicate fluently in Spanish and English, and demonstrate excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
