This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings proactive problem-solving energy, and has a deep understanding of affiliate workflows and creator engagement.This position requires availability during Pacific Time working hours (10 AM–6 PM PST).Key ResponsibilitiesManage Affiliate CampaignsOversee daily operations across affiliate platforms like Levanta, Wayward, and Amazon Career Connections Ensure campaigns are launched on time and meet performance benchmarks. Creator Outreach & OnboardingIdentify, contact, and onboard creators aligned with our brand goals and audience. Use pre-built templates and personalized messaging to streamline outreach. High-Quality CommunicationServe as the main point of contact for affiliates and creators. Maintain a brand-aligned, professional tone in all external communication. Performance Tracking & OptimizationMonitor affiliate and creator performance. Ensure compliance and suggest optimizations based on data insights. Independent ExecutionProactively manage tasks, solve problems, and communicate status updates without requiring constant supervision.
