About the Role We need a bilingual recruiter to: Support full-cycle hiring for sales/retail/ Store teams in Mexico、Colombia、Chile and Peru; Develop talent pipelines and employer branding strategies; Partner with business leaders on hiring plans; Optimize recruiting processes for efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing candidate resumes to offer); Analyze talent trends and provide market insights; Promote our employer brand through creative outreach; Build relationships with candidates and universities. Requirements Fluent in Spanish + English OR Spanish + Chinese; 3+ years recruiting for e-commerce/retail in Mexico; Proven success hiring sales/operations talent; Strong sourcing skills and data-driven approach.
