Visionary Multidisciplinary Designer

About the Role We are seeking a talented Senior Multimedia Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating impactful visual communication assets that showcase our brand and values. Your mission is to craft bold, creative campaign concepts that inspire our audience and drive results. You will work closely with our art department to design visuals for 360° campaigns, animate graphics and text for social media and presentations, and edit videos for multiple platforms. To succeed in this role, you will need a strong portfolio showcasing your creative range, technical skills, and ability to translate strategic ideas into compelling visuals. A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field is desirable, as is experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and collaboration tools like Google Drive and Slack. Design Responsibilities: Visualize and create engaging designs for our brand campaigns. Animate graphics, text, and visual elements for social media, ads, and presentations. Edit videos for multiple platforms and adapt formats to each channel. Requirements To excel in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Arts, or related field (desirable). Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in creative agencies or in-house design teams. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Google Drive, and Slack. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills. Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within brand guidelines. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation basics. Experience with social media design formats and specifications (desirable).
