Your Mission: We need an analytical professional to join our global Growth Strategy & Analytics team. This role plays a crucial part in enabling data-driven decisions that shape our growth and marketing strategies across multiple markets. What You Will Do: Develop recurring reports and dashboards for key growth and marketing KPIs. Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions across the funnel. Prepare executive-level presentations with clear insights and business recommendations. Monitor and update OKRs and track progress on strategic initiatives. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources. Perform data validations and ensure high data quality across reports. Requirements: A background in Engineering, Economics, Business, or other quantitative fields. 2-4 years of experience in a data, analytics or business strategy role Strong SQL skills; comfortable writing queries independently. Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for analysis and reporting. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Effective communication skills, especially when presenting data to non-technical audiences. Bonus Requirements: Experience in marketing/growth analytics (e.g., funnel analysis, CAC/LTV). Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks. Comfort using AI-powered tools to speed up analysis, documentation or insight generation. Experience working with ETL pipelines or data warehouse structures.
