As a highly motivated and analytical professional, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decisions that shape our growth and marketing strategies across multiple markets. This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and strategy — ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems with data and working cross-functionally with both local and global teams. Responsibilities: Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for key growth and marketing KPIs. Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions across the funnel. Prepare executive-level presentations with clear insights and business recommendations. Monitor and update OKRs and track progress on strategic initiatives. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources. Perform data validations and ensure high data quality across reports. Collaborate with other teams (CRM, Paid, Data Engineering) on cross-functional projects. Requirements: Background in Engineering, Economics, Business, or other quantitative fields. 2–4 years of experience in a data, analytics or business strategy role Strong SQL skills; comfortable writing queries independently Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for analysis and reporting Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Effective communication skills, especially when presenting data to non-technical audiences Fluent in English (written and spoken) PREFERRED SKILLS: Experience in marketing/growth analytics (e.g., funnel analysis, CAC/LTV) Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks Comfort using AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Excel Copilot) to speed up analysis, documentation or insight generation Bonus: ability to configure and use AI-powered environments (e.g., GPTs, Replit, code generation assistants) Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar) Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis Experience working with ETL pipelines or data warehouse structures Understanding of digital marketing channels or CRM platforms
