Job Title: Junior SQL Developer with Power BI & ETL Experience Location: Guadalajara (Preferred) | Remote for the right candidate Employment Type: Full-Time Start Date: Immediate About the Role: We are seeking a Junior SQL Developer with strong Power BI and ETL experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in data development and reporting, a solid grasp of SQL and data modeling, and the ability to communicate fluently in English. This role will play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights through clean and efficient reporting. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting purposes. Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI. Implement and support ETL pipelines, ensuring data integrity and performance. Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand data needs and reporting requirements. Maintain documentation of data processes and reporting solutions. Ensure timely delivery of reports and dashboards for business users. Requirements: 3–4 years of professional experience in SQL development and reporting. Proficiency with Power BI and dashboard creation. Solid experience with ETL tools and data integration processes. Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written). Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Availability to join immediately. Based in Guadalajara preferred (but open to strong remote candidates). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an agile or fast-paced environment. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts. Previous experience in a similar junior/mid-level data role.
