Business Development Specialist Role This role involves leading division personnel in evaluating business problems and developing technological solutions. You will provide expertise and maintain standards in systems design and project management. Key Responsibilities Lead division personnel in evaluating and assessing business problems. Develop alternative technological solutions and provide business justification and cost analysis. Present alternatives and recommendations to upper management and user groups. Provide business and technical expertise to technical and user groups. Sets and maintains standards and procedures of systems design and project management. Exploit integration opportunities of existing and new technologies across divisions. Develop schedules and performance reports to meet corporate project objectives. Inform management of potential project problems and recommend solutions. Develop conceptual systems designs and serve as an advisor to technical and user groups. Act as project lead in user acceptance testing. Lead systems design and enhancement projects. Assist user and technical groups in determining project priorities through analysis of corporate and division objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or Business required. Fluent English language skills (advanced). Preferred Qualifications Four (4) years business or systems experience which includes systems program management, matching business requirements to supporting system requirements. Experience with software design/development, systems training, application testing, systems migration and integration. Key Skills Proven experience in Java development, Angular development, and/or Android mobile development. Basic understanding of the Spring framework for application development.
