Track candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Use job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter effectively. Analyze requirements and evaluate candidate skills. Conduct telephonic and Teams interviews. Coordinate final interviews with clients. Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience. Support candidates from offer to onboarding. Maintain weekly trackers and reports. Collaborate closely with hiring managers from different countries.Requirements:2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Familiarity with global hiring practices and tools.
