Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.Lead the design and development of electrical systems for large-scale commercial projects, including power distribution (medium and low voltage), lighting, fire alarm, data/communications, and grounding systems.Manage and execute design deliverables using Revit / BIM platforms, applying SSOE standards for model quality and coordination.Perform and review load calculations, short-circuit and coordination studies, and lighting analysis using industry software.Ensure electrical designs align with all applicable codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, IES, local jurisdictional requirements).Serve as discipline lead on complex projectsplanning tasks, overseeing junior engineers/designers, and reviewing design documentation for accuracy.Collaborate closely with architectural, structural, and mechanical teams to deliver coordinated, efficient building designs.Participate in client engagement: define project scope, present design progress, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Develop or review technical specifications and cost estimates.Mentor emerging designers and engineers, promoting technical excellence and knowledge sharing.Support project management and business development activities as needed.Occasional travel for coordination workshops. ..What You Will Bring:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, electromechanical engineering, mechatronics or any other related discipline to electrical engineering7 + yearsof relevant electrical design experience within the AEC industry, with a focus on large facilities (Automotive Plants, Industrial Warehouses, Manufaturing plants, mixed-use buildings).Experience in power distribution, lighting, grounding, and medium and low-voltage systems design.Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM coordination tools.Familiarity with industry software such as SKM Power Tools, ETAP, Easy Power, or AGi32.Understanding of NEC, NFPA, IES, and applicable energy codes.Ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams and manage deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.Conversational English level (Reporting to US) ..LocationsWe have 2 offices en Mexico, you can be either one:León, Gto /(Hybrid weekly schedule)Chihuahua, Chih /(Hybrid weekly schedule) .What We Bring:Monthly based gross salaryMajor and Minor medical expenses insuranceDental and Visual insurance (Family Plan)Annual Check-upLife insurance20 Days as Christmas BonusVacation premium above the lawFood Coupons.Career DevelopmentTraining and Education...Additional Perks Offered:Hybrid Work Model, flexibility to work from home, allowing for a better work-life balance.
