Responsibilities Source, screen, and shortlist technical profiles Track candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle Use job portals like LinkedIn Recruiter effectively Analyze requirements and evaluate candidate skills Conduct telephonic interviews Coordinate final interviews with clients Request and verify references Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience Support candidates from offer to onboarding Maintain weekly trackers and reports Collaborate closely with hiring managers What do you need to suceed? 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) Strong focus on candidate experience Familiarity with global hiring practices and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
