_**Nepanoa has partnered with our client in the search for an Accounting and Administrative Manager.**_This position plays a critical role in ensuring both the operational and financial health of the organization. The Accounting and Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations while managing key financial processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the business with timely and accurate reporting.**Responsibilities**:- Overseeing day-to-day operations- Managing office supplies and inventory- Supervising administrative staff- Coordinating meetings and events- Ensuring compliance and safety- Using documents to verify, record, and process transactions in ERP system.- Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory.- Matching AP and AR balances, tracking account statuses of business partners, resolving discrepancies in accounts receivable and payables, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payments.- Leading accounting operations including daily, monthly, and annual activities, generating financial reports, developing budgets, preparing taxes, assisting with audits, and resolving discrepancies.- Provisions and accrual calculations/estimations.- Monthly group financial reporting in required format.- Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts (e.g., bank reconciliation, prepaid assets, accruals, provisions).- Tax compliance and declarations.- Other authority reporting related to financial information.- Compliance with IFRS, Group Standards, and local accounting regulations.- Reconciliation of statutory and IFRS accounts.- Internal Control Systems (ICS) coordination with other departments.- Leading audit process and implementing audit recommendations.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a multi-national manufacturing environment.- Fluent in English and Spanish.- ERP experience (e.g., SAP or Business Central).- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Application Question(s):- ¿Cuál es tu expectativa salarial mensual?Work Location: In person
