Job Description Become one of the authors of our story. Join our team as Area Sales Manager, West and Central, based at Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita and Etereo in Riviera Maya, both in Mexico. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and sourcing leisure business in line with the collection's strategic plan to maximize room revenue during peak and non-peak periods. The role reports directly to the Area Director of Sales & Marketing and works closely with the revenue team to ensure that the leisure sales strategy aligns with the properties' business needs. Currently, this position represents 2 Auberge Resorts properties in Latin America. The role is home-based, with a preference for candidates in Texas or California. Oversee account and production goals in the assigned region. Support collection revenue goals by generating leisure business for each hotel. Organize and schedule direct sales efforts via phone, email, and in person, averaging 5 prospecting efforts per week. Support and participate in weekly Revenue Management calls, scheduled conference calls with the Area Director of Sales, and property-specific calls as needed. Maintain and build an accurate regional Sales force database of clients. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Qualifications Four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience. Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a luxury hotel sales environment. Proven track record of driving sales revenue in a hotel setting. Desirable Experience selling multiple properties or brands. Experience working in international hotels/resorts. Experience in a remote sales office setting. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish. Experience working with professional organizations supporting leisure.
