It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.Job SummaryThe Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis is the financial business partner for the operations team. This job is responsible for financial analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and associated ad-hoc requests. The job also provides ad hoc support for the business as necessary.Responsibilities Leads financial reporting for the US, Singapore and Mexico, including reviewing the preparation and presentation of management reports and / or corporate reporting requirements, to ensure integrity of information and keep management updated on key information. Models deal profitability for potential partnerships and contracts. Forecasts financial measures such as expected margin and profitability for the assigned business area. Conducts operational forecast support as needed for labor, warehouse efficiency, and etc. Recommends strategies and input to strategies regarding the financial aspect. Qualifications8-12 years of experience, preferred Experience in Maquiladora, preferred Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred English - Spanish Bilingual +70% SAP knowledge, preferred.
