time type: Full time posted on: Posted 30+ Days Ago job requisition id: JR74504 PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE OF POSITION The purpose of the Sales Executive position is to present and involve our guests in the opportunity to become owners of the finest vacation experience. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare each day to meet guests as a professional sales representative through proper dress and grooming. Adhere to standard work hours: 7am – 4pm. Greet each guest in a warm and friendly manner as specified during the initial meeting. Use approved presentation and support materials effectively and exclusively. Achieve individual performance guidelines within established time frames. Contribute to overall site VPG, closing percentage, and meet budget levels as set by management. Provide customer service to guests as specified in training and management directions. Maintain high level of product knowledge through attending all required training sessions. Adhere to all policies, procedures, licensures, and certifications requirements. Discuss terms, conditions, incentives, points, and product pricing with customers. Gain commitment from guests to purchase effectively. Complete demo and assessment rides regularly with team leaders and sales managers for coaching and motivation, modeling effective sales and customer service practices. Participate in staff meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required. QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with flexibility to work varied schedules, and Vacation Ownership Sales experience. Exceptional customer service orientation, positive attitude, excellent verbal and written skills, multitasking ability, follow-up skills, relationship-building, attention to detail, adaptability, and openness to diversity.
