Senior Investigator - Problem Solving Expert

This role involves leading critical and complex investigations related to product portfolios and finding root causes to propose resolutions. The investigation team will rely on your expertise to drive the investigation forward. You will lead, plan, and coordinate investigations, define containment strategies, find root causes, and propose resolutions. You will also document findings and manage escalation of process improvement actions. Standardizing improvements across the network and communicating with customers on investigation progress is essential. This position requires advanced critical thinking ability, big picture thinking, creativity, and a willingness to take calculated risks. A strong understanding of DMAIC methodology, Six Sigma, and communication skills on complex technical topics are also required. Key responsibilities include leading, planning, coordinating investigations, defining containment strategies, finding root causes, proposing resolutions, documenting findings, managing escalations, standardizing improvements, and communicating with customers. A strong educational background in engineering, project management, or a relevant discipline, along with 10-15 years of industrial experience, is highly valued. Knowledge of product technical and value chain knowledge, as well as scientific background and mechanical, industrial, physical, or chemical expertise, is also desirable.
