Job Title: Digital Delivery Manager ">The role of a Digital Delivery Manager involves overseeing the successful delivery of complex software projects from start to finish. This includes ensuring that projects meet scope, budget, and quality requirements. ">In this position, you will be responsible for guiding teams to complete projects on time, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving project success while aligning with organizational objectives. ">You will also facilitate a Scrum team's understanding and application of the Scrum framework to deliver value effectively and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include coaching the team, removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative and self-organized environment. ">To achieve these goals, you will work closely with stakeholders, including Product Owners, Functional Analysts, and other team members. You will proactively communicate delivery targets, commitments, and progress to stakeholders. ">Your experience in managing projects end-to-end, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry, is essential. A strong understanding of agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, and traditional project management principles is required. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members. ">Key Responsibilities: ">">Managing the delivery of Aveva-based product enhancement and implementation projects using appropriate frameworks. ">Leading team meetings, such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, to ensure they are productive and within the timebox. ">Monitoring project metrics, providing feedback, and helping the team identify areas for improvement. ">Working with the Product Owner, Functional Analyst, and other stakeholders to ensure the Product Backlog is clear, concise, and prioritized effectively. ">Proactively communicating delivery targets, commitments, and progress to stakeholders. ">Coordinating infrastructure request follow-ups to eliminate the team's resource dependencies. ">Overseeing Aveva licenses on the vendor portal and liaising with the vendor representative. ">Efficiently allocating and overseeing resources to ensure optimal productivity and support the team's objectives. ">Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the software product release process with the help of Azure DevOps to ensure timely delivery and alignment with quality standards. ">Identifying and removing impediments that hinder the team's progress, working with other stakeholders as needed. ">Guiding the team in understanding and applying Scrum principles and practices, including self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement. "> ">Required Skills and Qualifications: ">">Minimum 5 years' experience in successful delivery of complex software projects end-to-end. ">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. ">Experience managing projects preferably for Healthcare / Medical devices customers. ">Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices. ">Ability to influence others across various levels in the organization, work independently, and manage through ambiguity. ">Ability to effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently. ">Strong understanding of project management methodologies and techniques. ">Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals. ">Experience collaborating with SI delivery partners. ">Experience managing SDLC deliverables in a GxP setting. ">Ability to identify and resolve project issues. ">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members. ">Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques. ">A good understanding of the technical aspects of the projects they are leading. ">Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources. ">Familiarity with JIRA and other prioritization tools. ">Domain experience in the Life Sciences Industry. "> ">Preferred Skills: ">">Experience with other digital manufacturing solutions. ">Experience working in a large matrixed and FDA regulated corporation. ">Domain experience in the Life Sciences Industry. "> "),
