Responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for managing, controlling, and ensuring the accuracy of each of the organization's clients' inventory to ensure the proper performance of logistics operations, minimize financial risks, and prevent loss or damage to them. Responsabilities: • Manage and control the movement and storage of inventory within the organization's facilities. • Ensure that physical inventories within the facilities are reconciled with the inventory balances recorded within the management system (WMS). • Implement and oversee all audits and counts, ensuring inventory accuracy. • Conduct testing and develop analytical work models to determine the personnel required to perform the audits and counts necessary to maintain inventory accuracy. • Develop and execute inventory control and management strategies that ensure product availability and prevent inventory loss and damage for our customers. • Oversee all operations related to the various inventory control and management functions, from product receiving, storage, inventory taking, and distribution. • Collaborate in the selection and implementation of advanced inventory management systems. • Identify potential operational and financial risks related to customer inventory and develop action plans to mitigate impacts on service or accounting. • Conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure record accuracy and compliance with established quality and safety standards. Requirements: • Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or similar. • At least 10 years of experience in Inventory Control, preferably within the auditing, finance, and logistics sectors. • Proficiency in WMS inventory management systems. • Proficiency in inventory management systems, control methodologies, inventory counting and management, cycle counting, wall-to-wall, shortage management, surplus management, FIFO, FEFO, serialized products, obsolescence, turnover, A, B, C stratification of damaged products. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to interact and communicate with different levels of the organization and customers. • Advanced conversational English is essential (all process will be in English). • Willingness to travel.
