Solutions Warehouse Manager

Descripcion del trabajo Responsible for managing solutions that generate the required value for potential customers, as well as providing support to existing operations in continuous improvement processes or redesign due to business variations. Designing efficient warehouses and processes that allow us to be competitive in price in the market and enable growth at a LATAM level. Funciones: Analyze customer requirements, read RFP (Request for proposal), identify questions through a meeting with the client to align project requirements. Conceptualize processes through flow diagrams based on customer information. Define steps for each operational process to determine resources, volumes, and personnel required for project execution. Define a layout or design, process flow, storage team, forklifts, security, IT, and Safety. Work hand-in-hand with Real State (United States) to find the building that best fits the proposed solution in terms of height, square meters, location, docking, etc. Work hand-in-hand with suppliers to quote goods and services (Quotes for racks, forklift attachments). Present the proposal to the client. Manage with the engineering area the processes of automation with the United States to align and adapt our project. Requisitos: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics and Transportation Engineering or related field. At least 5 years of experience in the area of engineering design solutions within distribution centers. Necessary experience within companies 3PL. Necessary management of Autocad, Power BI, and Excel advanced. English conversational advanced level. (Interview process will be carried out in English).
