We are seeking a field-based Sales Representative with solid technical knowledge and a passion for delivering results. This role involves driving commercial performance through structured sales efforts, customer engagement, and ongoing process quality. You will work in a hands-on role, identifying opportunities for growth and acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to combine sales execution with strategic thinking , in a dynamic and technical environment. Key Responsibilities: Execute sales strategies across designated territories Ensure adherence to internal quality and customer service standards Conduct client prospecting and support onboarding of new accounts Track KPIs and performance metrics related to commercial activity Participate in negotiation of pricing, inventory, and delivery planning Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations Support continuous improvement initiatives within the commercial process Candidate Requirements: Technical degree (Industrial, Electromechanical or related preferred) 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in sales or operations 2 to 3 years in similar commercial roles Familiarity with tools such as Pareto analysis, histograms, and 5W2H Comfortable with rotating shifts and fast-paced environments
