About the role We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to lead the internationalization of our Global Bank Account product and features. You will define and execute the product strategy for the Account Bundle in new markets, creating product requirements, supporting discovery processes, and building regulatory compliance. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and our engineering team, you will help transform customer experiences globally. Currently, we serve over 100 million customers across three operations, and your work will involve launching new Account products and features for various regions. Responsibilities Understand the infrastructure of the new country to define requirements and key decisions. Support engineering teams in implementing projects in new markets. Collaborate with external teams to adapt services and flows for the new country. Benchmark digital banks in the target country to improve our product. Participate in customer discovery processes. Engage in technical discussions with engineering regarding platform solutions. Qualifications Expertise in product strategy, market research, and roadmap development. Ability to gather requirements and translate user needs into specifications. Proficiency in data analysis, KPI setting, and analytics tools. Strong technical understanding and communication skills with engineering teams. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Customer empathy and a focus on great user experiences. Organizational skills, adaptability, resilience, and effective time management. Teamwork and collaboration skills.
