We are looking for multi-skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Program Success Manager . We are seeking a highly empathetic, organized, and strategic individual who is passionate about guiding students through transformative educational journeys. The ideal candidate will have a background in student advising, customer success, or consultative sales and a strong ability to manage a high-volume caseload with professionalism and care. The salary range is2,000 USD to 2,400 USD per month , depending on the candidate's experience and seniority. Only candidates located in Mexico will be considered. The role is 100% remote, but you must be availableMonday to Friday, 9am–6pm PST . ALL RESUMES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH. Responsibilities: Own and manage the success of a student caseload, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and program completion. Guide students through onboarding, habit formation, time management, and accountability checkpoints. Respond quickly and professionally to student inquiries and concerns via email, phone, or SMS. Collaborate closely with mentors, coaches, and internal teams to align on student progress. Proactively manage escalations, addressing sensitive issues with empathy and sound judgment. Engage in retention-focused conversations and offer consultative solutions to students at risk. Act as the voice of the student, sharing feedback with relevant teams to improve overall experience. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Mentor Operations, Career Services, Admissions, Learning Experience, Product, and Support) to resolve student issues and surface broader improvements. Coordinate closely with the Mentor and Career Coach teams to align on student progress and risk.. Handle highly sensitive and challenging escalated cases with a high degree of emotional intelligence and sound judgment. Requirements: Fluent in English —YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH. 2–4 years of experience in student advising, customer success, account management, or consultative sales. Passionate about helping others grow personally and professionally. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high emotional intelligence. Being comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment. Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads in fast-paced, high-accountability environments. Comfortable using multiple digital platforms, tracking KPIs, and making data-informed decisions. Self-starter who thrives in independent work and fast-changing environments.
