IT Security Professional

Identity Security Expert Porsche is growing its presence in México through a leading management and IT consultancy for the automotive industry. The company provides support to over 300 customers worldwide from 19 locations. We have just started operations in October with thirty team members. Our headquarter is in Guadalajara, where we are working in a modern office environment with a flexible hybrid model. We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Security Operations (SecOps) professional to join our dynamic IT Operations team. In this role, you will combine your expertise in IAM with a solid understanding of Security Operations to ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure. You will be part of a global, agile thinking IT Operations team and responsible for follow-the-sun operating as well as project management and development/integration of new technologies. Key Responsibilities: Fundamental Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 knowledge incl. Active Directory and Entra ID Knowledge of networking and cloud computing concepts Reviewing concepts and carrying out recertification campaigns Understanding for Rights and Roles permission concepts incl. creating Authorization designs Experience with Identity access management systems Familiar with a SIEM solution (ideally with MS) Knowledge of networking and cloud computing concepts IT knowledge or general experience in an IT environment Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 knowledge Familiar with Incident Response and Threat Hunting Management incl. Logging / KQL Experience of managing a security operations environment incl. configure protections and detection Profiles for automations Requirements: Ability to familiarize yourself quickly with new applications and to support specialist departments in the creation of IAM / SOC processes Ability to work with IT-averse colleagues to guide them to an ISO conform process Several years of experience (minimum 2 years) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven skills in at least one area (Cloud, Azure, Network)
