Position: Key Account Executive (KAE) As a KAE, you will drive incremental volume growth and sustain existing volume by managing relationships with operators and selling our product lines across commercial channels. You will collaborate with Distributor Managers, communicate regularly with corporate chef peers, and provide expertise regarding our products, competitors, and industry knowledge. You will leverage sales tools and analyze internal reports to plan daily activities and identify new business opportunities. You will also support distributor and industry events such as food shows and sales meetings. Candidates should demonstrate a strong drive and urgency to close sales within the operator business region and work closely with corporate chefs. Building strong relationships with key operators, proactively pursuing opportunities, and possessing excellent communication skills are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is also important. This role offers exposure to experienced managers, advanced tools and technology, a supportive peer group, diverse foodservice customers, and distributor teams. High performance can lead to future advancement within the organization, providing valuable skills and experience. Key Accountabilities Sustain and drive incremental volume Identify and sell General Mills foodservice products to key operators to grow regional volume. Collaborate with Regional Account Executives to create demand for core products and innovations. Work with DSRs to identify and close operator opportunities. Leverage analytics and tools to identify and close new opportunities Develop strategic geographic call patterns for maximum coverage. Leverage local operator opportunities through product promotions. Other Accountabilities Place and activate new items. Support distributor and industry events. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in gastronomy, administration, or similar field. Experience in the foodservice industry (sales or operations). 3+ years of experience in foodservice (HORECA, QSR, dry mixes). Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Team-oriented mindset. Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely. Valid driver’s license with a good record. Problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the territory. Established relationships with operators in the territory. Desire to grow within the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
