In this role, you will work among engineering teams to develop cutting-edge software solutions. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work with various clients at our delivery center in Mexico. Our mission at Apex Systems is providing Insights that Inspire. You will help achieve that mission by giving our clients consultative guidance and technical expertise. As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll have excellent relationship building, leadership. You will bring a breadth of experience that will make you a valuable contributing member of the BA team and not just a task driver and status provider. This is an exciting area of the company delivering cutting edge solutions. Responsibilities: Have Strong Experience in Software Lifecycle and Innovative Applications for Software Understand the business requirements and translate them into smaller units of work for the development team to track their efforts and bring value to the project. Participate in the Agile ceremonies and lead them. Creation and understanding of business cases and process flows upon request. Being a facilitator for the team and unblock their path. Answer queries from the business. Understand and find areas of opportunities and bring them to the table. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience with demonstrated progression in responsibilities Scrum Master Certification (Nice to have) Experience using: Jira, ADO, Confluence Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Experience leading and developing top-performing teams. Agile/Scrum knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills English proficiency level C1 or higher is a requirement.
