Senior Finance Director - MexicoAre you ready to take ownership of the financial performance of a leading multinational manufacturer? We are seeking a technically strong and commercially mindedSenior Finance Directorto lead all finance operations at a major industrial site in Mexico.This is a hands-on leadership role for a finance professional who enjoys being directly involved in financial management while influencing key business decisions. You will oversee a small finance team, ensure accuracy in reporting, and play a key role in guiding business decisions and improving profitability.The Role AsSenior Finance Director, you will manage all finance and controlling activities at site level. You will lead your team in delivering timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting while partnering with senior stakeholders to improve performance and guide strategic decisions. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable working on IFRS reporting and audits as they are discussing cost optimisation, investment, and business growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and motivate the finance and controlling team Oversee and actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including IFRS and end-of-year accounts Review and sign off invoices and ensure financial accuracy and compliance across all processes Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, providing analysis and insights to support operational decisions Partner with site and corporate leadership to shape financial strategy and drive profitability Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls Oversee cash flow, working capital, and cost management activities Identify and implement process improvements and support finance system enhancementsAbout You Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity Hands-on experience in financial reporting, IFRS compliance, audits, and operational accounting Proven success partnering with leadership to influence strategy and deliver profitability improvements Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similar environments Strong technical skills with attention to detail and a proactive, commercial mindset Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA desirable) Currently based in Mexico with full eligibility to work on-siteWhy Apply?
