Learn more at Job Summary A Lead Consultant at Argano is a highly experienced professional responsible for managing mid-to-large-size client engagements and contributing to the growth of the consulting practice. They provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology to organizations, acting as indirect mentors. Their goal is to help clients optimize their technology infrastructure, processes, and strategies to achieve business objectives efficiently. Lead consultants work with security, data management, crisis management, and should demonstrate exceptional technological knowledge, excellent communication skills, and teamwork. The Project Portfolio Management functional consultant should have expertise in implementing Oracle Cloud PPM applications, having completed two or more end-to-end implementations. The role involves guiding clients through all phases of implementation, from defining requirements to go-live support. Responsibilities Lead mid to large size and complex consulting projects. Utilize in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud PPM modules such as Resource Management, Task Management, Project Financials, Contract Billing, Time and Labor, Grant Management. Serve as an industry expert with PPM business processes and best practices. Consult with clients to provide cost-effective solutions. Collaborate with project teams and clients to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions. Refine customer requirements, document, and present for approval. Identify and resolve implementation and integration obstacles creatively. Analyze systems and data for new requirements or enhancements. Develop test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing. Work with Oracle support for service requests. Lead all phases of the system lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and support. Develop and implement long-term strategies for clients. Act as the primary client contact, maintaining effective communication throughout the project. Assess client needs, recommend technology solutions, and support implementation. Collaborate with third-party vendors and negotiate contracts. Provide ongoing support and monitor solution performance for improvements. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields. MBA or higher degree preferred. 5-10+ years as an Oracle Functional Consultant, with 3+ years in Oracle Cloud PPM implementations. Certified Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant within the last two years. Strong consulting, analytical, and leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to travel as needed.
