Administrative Support Role The primary function of this position is to manage scheduling for recording sessions, maintain internal organizational systems, and coordinate with various departments. Coordinate scheduling with directors' and voice talents' calendars. Ensure effective communication through established channels with in-house teams, directors', and vendors. Compile and distribute clear instructions to directors' and vendors as required. Manage signature compilations for projects. Update internal tracking systems and inform stakeholders of any changes or updates. Register necessary information in shared tools within departments as needed. Perform other tasks assigned by the manager/supervisor as deemed appropriate. Lead coordination efforts between in-house teams and vendors. Maintain professional demeanor in all situations. Work effectively under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and high organizational skills. Ability to multitask and think critically. Previous experience in a related field is highly desirable. Knowledge of dubbing industry practices is an asset.
