Job Title: Administrative Coordinator Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating recording sessions, managing internal documentation, and organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, high organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Scheduling recording sessions based on directors' and voice talents' availability Communicating effectively with the in-house team, directors, and vendors Compiling and sending clear instructions to directors and vendors Collecting signatures for projects Updating internal trackers and informing about changes or updates Recording relevant information in shared tools across departments Completing additional tasks assigned by the manager or supervisor Leading and coordinating with both the in-house team and vendors Required Skills and Qualifications: Dubbing industry knowledge is an asset At least 2 years of experience in a related role Desired Skills and Experience: Computer proficiency Excel skills Scheduling experience Please submit your CV in English to apply for this position
