The Architecture Team Leader will oversee and manage architectural projects, lead a team of architects and designers, and ensure project timelines and quality are met. The role involves working on architectural design, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.QualificationsStrong expertise in Architecture and Architectural DesignProven skills in Project Management and Team LeadershipProficiency in the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) softwareEffective communication and collaboration skillsProblem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challengesBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related fieldPrevious experience in a leadership role within an architectural firm is a plusFamiliarity with building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices
