Senior Finance Leader Opportunity Join a dynamic organization as a Senior Finance Leader, responsible for overseeing financial operations and driving strategic performance at a key industrial site. This is a senior on-site position requiring strong leadership capability, full-spectrum finance expertise, and a background in industrial or manufacturing settings. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all finance and controlling functions for the site Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting cycles Maintain compliance with financial reporting regulations and corporate accounting standards Manage audits, tax processes, and financial risk Support cash flow, treasury, and working capital management Lead improvements to finance systems and workflows through technology and automation Requirements: 10 years' experience in finance leadership roles, with at least 5 years managing teams Track record in managing full finance cycles including audits, planning, and compliance Proficient in enterprise-level finance systems and reporting platforms Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Must currently live and work in Mexico
