Chief Financial Strategist

Senior Financial Leader Take ownership of financial leadership at a key industrial site as a senior finance executive. Lead all financial activities, ensuring sound financial management and providing insights that support business strategy and operational success. About the Role: As Senior Financial Leader, you will be responsible for leading all finance and controlling functions for the site. This includes budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and managing audits, tax processes, and financial risk. Responsibilities: Lead and manage all finance and controlling functions Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting cycles Maintain compliance with financial reporting regulations and corporate accounting standards Manage audits, tax processes, and financial risk Support cash flow, treasury, and working capital management Lead improvements to finance systems and workflows through technology and automation Act as a key business partner to site and corporate leadership Proficiency in enterprise-level finance systems and reporting platforms is also required. We are seeking a highly experienced finance professional with a track record in managing full finance cycles, including audits, planning, and compliance. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential. You must have 10 years' experience in finance leadership roles, with at least 5 years managing teams.
