Chief Financial Strategist

Financial Leadership Role Drive financial performance of a multinational manufacturer. Lead all finance operations at an industrial site in Mexico. Manage finance and accounting activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, collaborating with stakeholders to improve performance. Develop and motivate the finance team, review invoices, manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Partner with leadership to shape financial strategy, drive profitability, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. Oversee cash flow, working capital, and cost management, identify and implement process improvements, support finance system enhancements. About You: 10+ years finance experience, 5+ years leadership, hands-on experience in financial reporting, IFRS compliance, audits, and operational accounting. Proven success partnering with leadership to influence strategy and deliver profitability improvements. Experience in manufacturing or similar environments, strong technical skills, attention to detail, proactive commercial mindset. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or CPA desirable).
