We positively engage with personal and professional development and school improvement.ISP Administration Teacher Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver mathematics lessons aligned with the middle school curriculum and academic standards.- Teach key mathematical concepts including algebra, geometry, data analysis, probability, and problem-solving strategies.- Assess, record, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and academic support.- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students.- Integrate technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences.- Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, engagement, and collaboration.- Prepare students for internal assessments, standardized tests, and academic competitions.- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and progress.- Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary projects and support school-wide initiatives.- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health, and safety standards.Skills, Qualifications and Experience**Skills**:- Strong knowledge of middle school mathematics concepts (algebra, geometry, statistics, etc.).- Effective classroom management and student engagement techniques.- Ability to design lessons that promote critical thinking and problem-solving.- Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools.- Clear communication and presentation skills.- Analytical and logical reasoning skills.- Adaptability to diverse learning styles and abilities.- Organizational skills and attention to detail.- Collaboration and teamwork with colleagues and school staff.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).- Teaching certification or license as required by school or regional regulations.- Knowledge of middle school curriculum standards and competency-based teaching methods.- Training in safeguarding, child protection, and classroom safety.- Advanced proficiency in English (for bilingual or international schools, if applicable).Experience- Proven experience teaching mathematics at the middle school level.- Experience designing and delivering lesson plans, projects, and assessments.- Familiarity with preparing students for standardized tests and academic competitions.- Experience using digital tools and technology to enhance learning.- Track record of supporting diverse learners and differentiating instruction.- Participation in curriculum development, school projects, or professional development initiatives.ISP Commitment to Safeguarding PrinciplesISP is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.ISP Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging
