Warehouse Materials Supervisor

Materials Supervisor Direct responsible for managing, conserving and preserving materials inside the stockroom. Ensures accuracy of inventory on system and physically, as well as ensuring all transactions related to receiving, warehousing, supplying and shipping are accurate. Key Responsibilities: Manage, conserve and preserve materials inside the stockroom. Ensure inventories of material within the stockroom match physical versus system. Responsible for accomplishing procedures related to the area. Responsible for training and performance of stockroom personnel. Understand and follow safety, health and environment administration system policies, standards and procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: Industrial Engineering or Business Administration. 2 years of experience in Warehouse Management. Leadership. Effective communication at all levels. Initiative. Customer service. Analysis capacity. Ability to handle any kind of situation. English 50%. Availability to work under pressure. Disponible of time and change of shift. Knowledge of office programs. Root cause analysis. Additional Requirements: Knowledge of Warehouse Management System and IM inventory. Use of tickets. Correct use of scale. Knowledge of TL 9000. TL9000 auditor. Consult documents in Intranet. Material respect. SAP basic II. Handling of materials and hazardous waste.
