Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance, particularly in banking and financial services, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. Liaise with regulatory authorities, ensuring all legal submissions and communications are handled effectively and in a timely manner. Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of banking regulations and compliance requirements, advising management on necessary adjustments. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management regarding compliance risks, legal metrics, and program effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor´s degree in Law. Background in regulatory compliance within the banking or financial sectors is a plus. Proven ability to interpret complex regulations and provide clear, actionable legal advice. Advanced English.
