Knight aspires to be the leading Pan-American (ex-US) partner of choice, with a growing portfolio of innovative and high-quality branded products.The main purpose of the Key Account & Access Manager will be lead the strategy to ensure market access to the new products and manage availability of current portfolio for both private and public markets. This includes analyzing the regulation and political environment as well as developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate inclusion of products in the public sector. Also, to guarantee product availability and negotiation of commercial conditions with distributors.Role Responsibilities:Key Account managementUnderstand the needs and priorities of key accounts and tailor solutions to address their specific challengesCollaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing and other relevant areas to ensure a coordinated approach to account managementNegotiate commercial conditions and guarantee adequate inventory levels with distributorsCatalogue new productsLead Commercial Committees with different areas to ensure main KPIs are on track: DOH, sell-in and sell-out forecast, credit notes, revenue forecast, accounts receivable, etc.Market Access StrategyDevelop and implement the market access strategy for new launches, integrating regulatory, public policy, and institutional relationship componentsIdentify and analyze market access trends, policy changes, and reimbursement challenges and opportunitiesBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key decision makersSupport in-field requirements for the different InstitutionsFollow up on all technical requirements, documents are support required for public tenders Forecast and S&OPResponsible for Developing revenue forecast for all portfolio S&OP monthly review with supply team to ensure forecast accuracy Compliance and TransparencyEnsure that all interactions with government entities and commercial partners comply with local regulations and global compliance, transparency, and anti-corruption policies.Job Qualifications:Education and Experience:Academic Background: Bachelor degree in business administration, finance or related fields. Advanced and fluent English.Experience: 3-5 years in market access, account management or commercial area roles in the pharmaceutical industry with experience in private and public channels. Understanding of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) principles and their application in market access.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Mexican healthcare system, market access landscape, funding mechanisms and negotiation skills to overcome access barriers and drive sustainable growth. Skills: Strategic thinking, effective communication, negotiation, collaborative leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
