This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary designer who excels in bringing concepts to life through dynamic visuals and animation. You will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity across various platforms and campaigns.What you will do:Convey creative check and supervision for guidelines correspondence of South Latam region design workControl quality and raise its rate within the regionIdentify best practices and scale themIdentify locally relevant design peculiarities and work closely with the Team Lead and local team on their implementation of global guidelinesDeveloping a wide range of high-quality creative and executive design materialsBuilding a brand image through visual communications within the regionEnsure consistency in visual communication within the regionDeveloping master layouts for online and offline marketing activitiesInteraction with cross-functional teams to find the best ways of performing projectsIdentifies issues and points of growth providing solutions of its resolvementWhat we expect from you:Portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality design work, self-developed;A bachelor's degree in communication design, advertising, fine arts or a related field is preferred but not crucial in case the job experience is relevant.Advanced English proficiency: Both written and verbal communication skills are requiredOwning design course certificates is a plus;Work experience in design studios / advertising agencies / global companies as a senior/principal designer for 3+ years;Working terms:Hybrid work scheduleUnlimited opportunities for professional and career growth, regular external and internal training from our partnersThe opportunity to become part of an international team of professionals who create one of the greatest success stories in the global IT industryInitial training
