China Mobile International (CMI) is a fully subsidiary of China Mobile, which provides global telecom products and professional services to empower organizations' digital transformation and global expansion.Job Responsibilities:Drive the sales team to achieve or surpass sales goals by identifying and securing business opportunities with potential clients.Oversee the management of the sales pipeline, developing and executing strategies to uncover new clients and opportunities, thus maximizing sales potential and enhancing market penetration.Foster and maintain dynamic relationships with customers and partners, adeptly handling issues related to service adjustments, fault reporting, and billing to ensure top-tier responsiveness and service.Lead both external negotiations with clients and internal collaborations to ensure the smooth completion of projects.Collect market insights and actively contribute to the localization of China Mobile's products and services to meet regional needs, leading capability development in the area.Commit to frequent travel for client meetings and participation in relevant events and business meetings to strengthen industry connections.Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science / Telecommunication Engineering related majorsMinimum of 5 years of business development or sales experience within the Telecom/ICT sector.Extensive project experience in the telecommunications sector, encompassing both wired (e.g., FTTH, private lines) and wireless technologies (e.g., 4G/5G).Proven capability in managing ICT integration projects from inception to successful completion.Prior working experience in Latin America, with a preference for candidates familiar with the markets in Panama, Peru, and Chile.Established connections with major telecom operators and suppliers' management team in the region.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, complemented by a track record of successful sales initiatives and commercial agreements.Strong leadership and management abilities, with a focus on achieving results in both customer-facing and internal operational contexts.A goal-oriented, self-motivated approach, and the ability to remain resilient under pressure.Note:• We are actively recruiting for this position in Mexico, Brazil and Chile.• Position offered shall be determined by the candidate’s years of relevant experience and skillsets.• All personal data collected will be used for recruitment and employment-related purpose only.
