Dealer Operation Training Supervisor

Develop plan and execute training for Geely dealers in operational fields. Support the training of the dealers in Mexico, combining virtual training, on-site training and the develop of new courses.Day to day:Organize the business operation check to Geely dealers, and identify the problems during the daily operation, such as teams’ structure, sales process, leads management, floor plan, stock management, marketing activities, and so on.Based on the operational problems, develop the whole training programs in order to improve the dealers’ performance and achieve the sales target eventually. To teach Automotive Courses in digital, virtual and face to face format under the principles and requirements of the brand.Development of new courses, translation (English to Spanish) of courses in other languages and updating of them.Follow up, evaluation and reporting of courses for internal control of attendance and qualifications.Locate and follow up participants of their courses, ensuring that they meet their quota of participation and meet brand standardsTraining budgetingCoordinate training supplier, venue, equipment, tool and vehicles to complete training preparationExperience with Internal combustion engine vehicles and new energy vehiclesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in business management, sales, marketing, automotive industry, or related field. Additional certification in training or pedagogy is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in roles related to training in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of successful development and implementation of training programs.Extensive knowledge of automotive systems, troubleshooting, emerge business resource in the industry.Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
