Responsibilities:Responsible for talent acquisition and organisation effectiveness across the regionsElevate the Employee “First 90 Day” experienceSupport brand development and talent acquisition within the Center’s communityCoordinate with HR and Center Directors to manage the “Employee Qualifications & Compliance Program”Ensures all new hire documents and onboarding happens in timely mannerConduct “Employee Experience” surveys at operational levelClosely supports Center Directors/managers to ensure “Employee Engagement” happensTracks Licensing and supports the automation of tracking credentials, educationCoordinate background screening and reference checkingCollaborates with Marketing Manager and Operations leadership to create training materials for localized Talent acquisitionConduct training for effective hiring, interviewing and onboarding talentTrain managers on using the applicant tracking systemSupports the Human Resources Business Partner on the full employee life-cycleProcess New Hire paperwork, including offer letter generation and entry into HRISSupport the HR infrastructure developmentOther duties as assignedSkills/Qualifications:6+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the corporate functions or high-volume industryBachelor’s degree preferred, or the equivalent experience and education in Human ResourcesPHR or SPHR certification or completion of a relevant certificate program preferredExperience holding job fairsFour years’ experience in training and development preferredFour years’ experience leveraging social media for talent acquisitionExperience with at least one HRISExperience with various applicant tracking systems and various hiring platformsExperience building relationships across multiple statesOutstanding computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKeen aptitude in problem-solvingStrong time management skills
