You will leverage your experience in targeting clients from Chinese enterprises, local key accounts, ensuring that JD Logistics’ services meet the needs of these high-value customers.You will be expected to build strong, long-term relationships, manage the sales cycle, and drive customer satisfaction by providing tailored logistics solutions. This role is pivotal in contributing to the growth and expansion of JD Logistics in the region.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local Mexican key clients and Chinese-invested brands to understand their logistics needs and provide customized solutions.Sales Strategy: Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to target potential clients within the logistics industry.Account Growth: Drive the growth of assigned key accounts by expanding JD Logistics’ footprint and offering value-added services to meet client demands.Proposal and Negotiation: Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements, aligning JD Logistics services with customer needs.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, competitor activities, and logistics developments to identify opportunities for growth.Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management on account performance, pipeline status, and market dynamics.Requirements:Experience: Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the logistics industry Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the logistics sector.Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with key clients.Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in driving sales, account growth, and identifying new business opportunities.Languages: Fluency in Spanish, English and Chinese are a plus.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs and challenges.Cultural Understanding: Experience working with International enterprises and understanding their business culture and expectations.
