You'll ensure dealers have the needed resources and tools. We are looking for someone with solar sales experience who has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.Work Setup:This is an independent contractor role.Full remote setup – work from anywhere.No statutory benefits provided as per contractor agreement (e.g., health insurance, social security)Weekly pay cycle.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive Salary and bonus opportunites!Paid Time Off (PTO)US & Mexican Observed holidaysHigh-energy, fun, and friendly cultureOpportunity for career development and advancement with a rapidly growing companyJob ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain solar dealer accounts, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-dateBuild and maintain strong relationships with sales dealers, serving as the primary point of contact and fostering open lines of communication. Develop a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and goals to provide effective support and collaboration.Resolve issues between sales dealers and the company, addressing concerns and complaints. Collaborate with internal teams for solutions and deliver outstanding customer service to uphold strong relationships and ensure satisfactionAssist in the development of sales training materials and product literature for our solar dealersResolve project issues that prevent deal progressionIdentify projects out of SLA and take timely action to get them back on trackFamiliarity with sales and CRM software programsOrganized, focused on deadlines and deliverables, self-motivatedOther duties as assignedRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years' of Solar experience preferredMinimum of 2 years' solar sales experience requiredMinimum of 2 years’ project management or sales experienceMinimum of 2 years' customer service experienceSpanish bilingual – ability to communicate effectively in both English and SpanishDemonstrates understanding of solar sales, and builder product sales processStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keepingProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and WordExcellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholdersAbility to multitask and manage competing prioritiesStrong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of commissioning techniciansMust be able to successfully pass pre-screening requirementsPay: MXN 30,000.00 - MXN 33,000.00 per month
