Dreame products are sold in over 120 countries, empowering users to live their dream lives.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role as a Sales Manager in Mexico, and reports to Sales Director of Mexico at Dreame Technology. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through various channels. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role will also conduct market analysis, competitor monitoring, and contract negotiations with clients.QualificationsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldProven experience in channel sales management, preferably in the Smart Home Appliance and/or Consumer Electronics industries. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience at the following companies: Samsung,LG,HUAWEI,XIAOMI,PHILIPS. 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role with a track record of achieving sales targets and building successful channel partnerships.Familiarity with different sales channels and distribution models, such as resellers, distributors, system integrators, etc.Skills and AbilitiesExcellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and close deals effectivelyAbility to communicate effectively with internal teams, channel partners, and customers at all levelsAnalytical and problem-solving skills. Able to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor information to identify opportunities and solve problemsAdaptability and flexibility. Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and business requirementsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and sales targetsFluency in both English and Spanish languages (both written and spoken)Personal TraitsResults-oriented and driven. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and deliver business resultsSelf-motivated and proactive.
