Application Engineer & Sales Support

Develop, process, respond, and manage parts and service proposals and orders for customers and account managers to make sure the department office runs smoothly and efficiently. Expand the Sales & Service activities of the PrimeServ Marine & Power Segment current and new customers through increased sales within the Everllence products and portfolio.Key Job Responsibilities 1: Sales and Business DevelopmentDevelop and Process customer spare parts and services requirements in accordance with order handling and internal policies.Handle order processing from beginning to end for EVERLLENCE customers. For projects / strategic planning and technical support.Assists and creates jobs/quotes for parts and service requested.Manage & execution sales /operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems, working together with the Sales Team.Sales support and other management administration.Work as liaison between the Sales and Accounting Departments.Communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.Promote sales and support key customers for after sales marine applications, known / designated as PrimeServ Marine of 2-stroke, 4-stroke, turbochargers and full-power trains for marine and stationary applications in Mexico.Establish and support clear organizational structures, proactively plan and schedule projects, processing ideas for EVERLLENCE Products sales and trainings.Key Job Responsibilities 2: Market FeedbackPrepare sales reports for management and budget departments like statistics reporting, regarding proposals requirements and time of response, turnover, customers, market / potential for future projects.Achievement of the planned order intake, revenues, profit and growth strategy as well as the Management.Key Job Responsibilities 3: Internal RequirementsComply with Order Handling and SBO requirements.Assure to follow internal EVERLLENCE rules and regulations.Processes all accounts payable invoices both intercompany and third party by coding and sending them in the right order by email for payment to the right department.
