LATAM Presales Lead

We are seeking a LATAM Regional BWC (Body-Worn Camera) Presales Specialist to support our sales and technical teams across Latin America. This role is key in shaping regional strategies, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions in the public safety, government, and enterprise sectors.What You’ll Do:Define and lead the BWC strategy for LATAM, ensuring alignment between regional execution and global direction.Partner with sales teams to design and present BWC solutions that meet diverse customer requirements.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends and optimize regional strategies.Identify new business opportunities through industry insights and market dynamics.Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy for BWC in LATAM.Create compelling promotional content—brochures, whitepapers, case studies—tailored to the region.Deliver training programs for distributors and partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.Train internal teams on product updates, technical standards, and best practices.Support business development by participating in key client meetings and proposal discussions.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, IT, Telecommunications) or a related field.10+ years in presales, solution engineering, or technical consultancy.Experience with BWC, CCTV, or related technologies is a strong plus.Background working with public sector and government clients is highly desirable.Key Skills:Ability to translate customer needs into effective technical solutions.Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Skilled in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Proficient in technical documentation and solution architecture.Deep understanding of the Latin American market and cultural nuances.Languages: Native Spanish speaker with advanced English proficiencyTravel: Willingness to travel across the region as needed**Position only available for Mexican passport holders or valid permanent residents at the time of application**
