How can you handle the difference with team decisions?Better to have cross-cultural collaboration skills (preference given to candidates with experience in Asian companies);Language Proficiency: Native Spanish speaker; Fluent in English (verbal & written, including professional email communication).Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
