Plant Sr Document Control Spec

RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:Check the product information such as drawings, lists of materials dxfs corporate standards, etc.PRINCIPAL DUTIES:- Check the product technical information such as calculations, drawings and information certificates materials, WPS, etc. - Check manufacturing information by applying the principles of JCMS (Lean Production) such as FMEA, Process Diagrams, Sheets methods applicable CNC programs, etc. - Check the information and procedures engineering. - Check the product information and technical obsolete. - Load, maintain and control engineering information in SAP. - Report all injuries, almost accidents, unsafe acts / conditions and occupational health problems and take the necessary corrective measures, as well as support in the investigation. - Support and comply with all security practices, systems and rules established in the company. - Keep the areas clean and tidy, maintaining the 5’s standards. - Properly use Personal Protective Equipment. - Review and participate in risk assessments ensuring the level of alertness in their areas when working with materials and chemicals.REQUIREMENTS:- Technical (Mechanical or mechatronics) degree. - English > 60 %. - 2 years of experience in the Metal Mechanics Industry and Metallurgical knowledge. - Knowledge of the use of software programs as Pro-E- Pro-Mechanic, AutoCAD, Office and SAP System. - Ability to relations with direct people. - Leader skills. - Ability to develop and motivate direct reports. - This position requires a quality-focused attitude with an appropriate sense of urgency and attention to details. - Willingness and ability to work on both individual and team projects is required.
