HR Leader

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our talent acquisition and management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet business objectives. Oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance. Ensure alignment of HR policies and programs with organizational goals. Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Implement improvement projects, organizational communication, and social responsibility programs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or related field. Proven experience managing HR operations in manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll systems, and talent management processes. Experienced in performance management and reporting. Strong communication skills in English.
