Location: Durango Function: Commerce Sub Function: Commerce - Sales - Wholesale Type of Contract: Permanent Assign monthly and timely sales, portfolio, and conquest objectives to your team, ensuring good alignment with their goals. Constantly monitor the results of each Advisor under your charge. Set sales, volume, and conquest goals for each Advisor. Provide feedback and support on how to improve results, complying with the established management system. Visit the market to: Evaluate the execution of successful strategies with clients. Provide immediate feedback on areas of opportunity in execution. Support directly in conflict management and negotiations with clients. Gather clients' perceptions about the quality of service. Prepare evaluation and execution reports of channel activation operations and support your advisory team. Lead to form a high-performance team. Be responsible for developing your team's functional skills. Ensure client portfolio levels align with institutional guidelines.
